We build and manage tactical portfolios for our advisors and mutual clients. Our platform enables you to efficiently propose and process business without the ongoing time and hassle that comes with ordinary day-to-day asset management.

We systematically readjust accounts monthly to stick with the client’s risk tolerance and income goals. If you reevaluate a client and their risk tolerance and goals change – so can the portfolio.

Assembling paperwork can be a burden and making sure you have each form you need can be challenging, or even overwhelming for someone just getting started. Our Advisor Services team is here to be your full-service back office. Provide us with a completed questionnaire and an existing account statement and we’ll supply you with a client-ready packet with the necessary paperwork to open the account.

We’re uniquely designed with compliance in mind as our platform and systems are designed to keep advisors well-within fiduciary obligations. Furthermore, we go out of our way to ensure that advisors have the proper guidance and oversight to operate within the current regulatory environment. We facilitate the monthly billing process so the advisor never has to wonder when they’re being paid and if clients are charged correctly. Fees are deducted straight from the client’s portfolio and advisors receive their monthly payouts directly to their bank account.

We provide advisors with monthly payables information and clients receive monthly statements from TD Ameritrade to keep them up to seed on their performance and costs.
